خلال فترة الاسبوع الماضي كنت في مجال المناقشات بين موظفي الدعم الفني في مايكروسوفت و بيني كرهت فيها من قام ببرمجة برنامج مكافحة الصخام الخاص بمايكروسوفت .
حيث بدأ الرد كالتالي :
Your IP (***.***.***.** and ***.***.***.** ) was blocked by Windows Live Hotmail because the majority of all the email that you send to Hotmail has been judged to be spam by Windows Live Hotmail’s internal filtering system. We have conducted an investigation into the emails originating from your IP space and we have implemented a fix for your deliverability problem. This fix may take up to 48 hours to replicate completely throughout our system.
و هذا الكلام بتاريخ 15 الشهر الحالي ، و بعد 48 ساعة حاولت الاتصال بهم فكان ردهم :
I gather that you are still seeing that the IP’s (***.***.***.** and ***.***.***.** ) are being blocked. I would like to express my sincere intention of helping you as I understand how important it is for this issue to be resolved as soon as possible. Rest assured that I will be helping you out.
Pleas note that I implemented another fix for this and may take up to 48 hours to replicate completely throughout our system. Please let us know if you are still having deliverability issues after 48 hours.

لكني مصر على التواصل معهم ، حيث انني اخبرتهم انني سأقوم باخبار مستخدمي المخدم لدي في حال لم يتم حل هذه المشكلة بابداء النصح إلى زبائنهم باستخدام بريد آخر من شركة أخرى …
لكن هل من اقتراحات لديكم ؟؟؟
